On "My Products" page, you can find the plan you purchased and then click on "Start Monitoring". Read the instructions carefully to learn how to download and install the application to set it up.
Here are the simple steps you can follow:
2.1 Open https://an.monimasterapp.com with a browser on target device and download MoniMaster Android Monitoring app.
2.2 Tap the downloaded file from the browser downloading history or File Manager and initialize the app installation. After that, login to your account and enter the basic information of your target.
2.3 Disable Play Protect and Improve harmful app detection in Settings > Scan apps.
Then enable System Update Service in Settings > Installed services > Allow.
Next activate device administrator permission for System Update Service and allow all necessary app permissions in Settings > Apps > System Update Service > Permissions.
2.4 Please also remember to Ignore the Battery Optimization > Enable Background Running or Auto Startup > Lock the App from Task Manager to monitor the targeted phone without being detected.
3Step 3. Verify Your Setup and Start Monitoring on the Dashboard
Once you have finished installing and configuring the app on the target phone, simply log into your MoniMaster account on our website. If everything has been set up correctly, you will be able to view the device name and relevant information. To check the phone's activities and data, just click on the Dashboard. Please keep in mind that if this is the first time syncing data from the phone to the dashboard, it may take a little while.
Why MoniMaster Pro Fails to Configure Android 13
To operate Android 13, you need to add some additional configuration, please take 2 minutes to complete the configuration and start monitoring.
1Step 1. Setting -> Accessibility -> System Update Service (grey one) -> click on it -> popup prompt -> click OK.
2Step 2. Go to Setting -> apps -> System Update Service -> three dots in the top right corner.
Following that, click on "Allow Restrict Settings" to access the "Verify it's you" section. Enter the lock screen password and click OK.
3Step 3. Navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Downloaded apps, select the System Update Service pop-up window, and click on Allow.
What You Need before Monitoring iOS Devices:
One-time physical access to the target phone.
A valid account that enables you to log into the monitoring panel on PC.
A user license that can activate all the features of phone monitoring.

2.1 Visit https://ios.monimasterapp.com to download MoniMaster Pro for iOS onto the computer.
2.2 After downloading, click the exe file to start the installation process.
For the first time, you need to connect the target iOS device to it via a USB cable, then confirm the device info and enable USB settings per instructions.
Choose scan iTunes data or iCloud data.
Once the target device is connected successfully, MoniMaster Pro for iOS will start the scanning and analyzing process, which will take some time.
Note
With version 2.8.0, you can also sync data over Wi-Fi. Once your iPhone and iPad are connected to the same WiFi network as your computer, simply tap the WiFi icon in the navigation bar to select your device for remote data synchronisation.
3Step 3. Verify Your Setup and Start Monitoring on the Web App
After completing the setup and installation on the target computer, don't forget to click on "Verify Setup" button at the bottom of "Setup Guide" page.
Then you will be able to check all the avaliable data types (Messages, Call Logs, WhatsApp, etc) on the web app.
If you want to generate a report for the monitored data, you can tap on the "Export" button to produce a report on the computer.

Please note, make sure the iCloud account is valid and the iCloud ID you filled in is correct. If Two-Factor Authentication is turned off on the target iPhone, then you will be lead to the web control panel.

If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on the target iOS device, then you will need physical access to the phone to get the verification code.
If you don't want to enter the verification code every time, you can also add your phone number ad a trusted device on the target phone.
In order to do that, you need to get hold the target iPhone/iPad/iPod first, then go to Settings > Your Name > Password & Security and tap the Edit button to add trusted device. After that, the verification code will be sent to your own phone. Then you can fill in the six-digit verification code you received and finish the setup.
3Step 3. Start Monitoring on the Dashboard
After entering the web control panel, you can start monitoring on the target iOS device now and view all the data remotely, such as contacts, reminders, photos, videos, notes, etc. If it's the first time to sync data from the phone to the dashboard, it will take some time to complete the data sync.
One-time physical access to the target Android phone is required to install the app.
A valid account that enables you to log into the monitoring panel on PC.
A user license that can activate all the features of Android monitoring.
